The Director General of JICA Dr. Takao Toda attended the function as a chief guest and former Japan ambassador to Bangladesh Mr. Mashushir Horiguchhi as the special guest. Mr. Shahidur Rahman Khan Hiru, president of NRB Japan, presided over the meeting.
